Around The World In 80 Beers Episode 39: Warsteiner Premium Verum
Something a little less gluten free - Pilsner!

Pours a pale, slightly cloudy yellow. Smallish head that fades slowly. Quite a few bubbles in the glass.
First sip: A little malty, mildly hoppy and slightly sour that fades fast to leave a lasting mildly bitter after-taste. Mouth feel is a little thin and foamy with a carbonation tingle on the tongue.
As I worked my way down the glass I grew used to the bitterness, so the malty sourness became more pronounced. This is a rather nice beer you could settle in with, for a long hot afternoon session. Not bad, not exceptional, just... nice.
