Weber Smoking


Today's smoke run is pork flaps rolled and tied, then injected with a mix of ginger, garlic, salt and pepper mushed in a food processor. Injecting was done with a cow syringe and needle I bought from a vet for $3.50.

Smoke will be provided by lumps of stringybark, and the smoke run will last for 4 to 5 hours.

mmmmm. Pork.
