Bloke Cooking: Cheesy Mushrooms

Take a really, really big mushroom or two. Stand the mushies on their heads with gills pointing up.Sprinkle with chopped sage, basil and rosemary, completely cover with grated parmisan or mozzerella cheese.

Place in a baking dish with a bunch of chopped onion, add 1 cup of water and cover the dish. Cook for 45 minutes at 180C.

Serve on toast.
