Around The World In 80 Beers Episode 133: Mudgee Wheat
Mudgee Wheat Beer

Pours a very pale yellow. The beer is clear and fizzy, and the head is bubbly.

First sip: Lemony, which fades quickly to reveal very mild malts and hops. Mouth feel is thin and fizzy.

Wheat beers are nice. This one is... nice. It's drinkable, and refreshing. And bland. It could have been so much better, but instead it is a bit meh. Once that initial lemon flavour fades, there isn't much left. A strong cheese would overwhelm it.

Same again, sir? Meh. Okay.

Drat, it looks reasonably good with a proper wheat beer head too, pity it's not up to the taste test. Perhaps they shouldn't have filtered the yeast out...
