Very pale, very fizzy. Medium head that bubbles away to nothing.
First Sip: Mild grainy malt, medium hops, a little citrus, followed a little bitter after-taste that washes away quickly. Mouth feel is thin and fizzy.
This is one of those beers you drink when it's 50C outside and you're really thirsty and the beer is really cold. I first tried this beer many years ago, not long after the brewery opened, and it was very disappointing. It still is; the taste has increased a little (note: "increased" not "improved") but over-all this is a sad, sad little beer.
On the plus side: It's drinkable. And... erm... it's beer. Oh! And it has a blue tongued lizard on the label. That's good... isn't it?
