That's a gorgeous Railton. I don't think I've seen one in quite that colour before, but it really suits it.

I wanted to hug it but people were watching. I'm almost an anorak when it comes to old cars, planes, and steam power. But not quite at the plane/train spotting stage.

I wish I was still touring the UK; I'm stuck in an office and it's almost winter here with the dreadful weather that brings.

I probably do come into that category with steam trains and classic cars! As for the UK: it's still cold, windy and wet here. We had summer in late March this year, so it seems...

The worst part of the trip was attending the wedding on the 6th and meeting Richard, who casually informed me that he was one of the organisers of the Llangollan Beer & Steam festival on the 15th.

And I couldn't go. Buggerit.

I know where I'll be in April 2015.

Take a coat. I went to the steam gala there this year, and it was squelchy to say the least!
