I've been up since 5am. Jetlag is really kicking me around. Blegh.

Hope Monday takes the slooow boat arriving there.


I heard an interesting idea for resetting your body's internal clock to counteract jet-lag.

Unfortunately, it involves eating nothing for 16 hours prior to landing.
(drinking water is fine, however)
The first meal you eat after arriving in your final timezone would then be at the usual time, eating the usual meal you'd have at that time.

It resets your bodies internal "food" clock.
