Pours a clear amber with a small head. A lot of carbonation visible in the glass.
First Sip: Bananas, hops, a tiny citrus tang, not as much 'bread' as I expected. Quite a lot of carbonation tingle on the tongue. As the glass warms, the banana become more prominent and a spiciness starts to show.
It's not a bad beer; it's a bit unusual and a shock when you are expecting a yummy malty English ale. At first sip I was undecided, but as I drank the glass I grew to like it.
...but not to the point where I would go out of my way to buy it.
