Pours a crystal clear, extremely pale yellow. A small head that fades slowly, very few bubbles in the glass.
First sip: Whoa! Sweet lemonade! A little thin and foamy on the tongue. Lemony and tingly. The lemon overwhelms the grain and almost hides the hops.
This would be the beer equivalent of the vodka mixers: some alcohol and lots of fruit drink. The label says this one is 45% lemonade
I don't go for fruit drinks... normally. This one is not bad and would be brilliant on a hot day. Refreshing and not too sweet. The wrong drink (note: not a beer) for a cold Autumn day. And it's the least alcoholic alcoholic beverage I've ever had.
