I have just removed the chickens for tomorrow from the Weber Smoker. 5 hours of cooking with SMOKE and FIRE, and they are well done. I had to test them, of course.

Ah, it's good to be smoking again. Of course, 6 months of neglect while I was at the mine meant I had to kill a nest of redbacks in it, but nothing was going to stop me COOK WITH FIRE.

Non-existent! As it should be. Christmas in Winter? What a silly idea.

Christmas in the middle of summer seems just as odd from this hemisphere. ;)


Do the Redbacks leave a flavor?
